          Their email address is claims@visit-aci.com <mailto:claims@visit-aci.com>.<br />
          Students can also submit claims via ACI's <a href="http://www.visit-aci.com/">online service</a> through their Claim Status portal. Students will need the UCEAP policy number on their  <a href="http://www.eap.ucop.edu/Documents/_forms/1112/Insurance_Card.pdf">insurance card</a> [PDF]. Also, they can access the ACI claims URL directly at <a href="https://secure.visit-aci.com/">https://secure.visit-aci.com/</a> to register for ACI’s online services. Online registration is free.  Students can file a claim, have immediate access to their information, contact ACI directly with questions, and find out about their claim status.</p>
